01 Challenge
Prinston Pharmaceutical needed to move from SAP S/4HANA 2021 to the 2025 Cloud Private Edition through RISE with SAP without interrupting manufacturing and distribution. A validated life sciences environment required rigorous regression and UAT, tight budget and timeline controls, and proactive handling of edge cases such as SAP GUI synchronization and complex IDoc interfaces during cutover.
