01 Challenge
Enterprise clients needed AI assistants capable of combining structured data retrieval from enterprise systems with LLM-based reasoning, in a governed, auditable agent architecture deployable on enterprise cloud infrastructure.
02 Solution
DesIDEA designed a LangGraph-orchestrated Hybrid AI Chatbot that routes queries between structured data retrieval paths and LLM reasoning paths based on query type, then combines both into coherent responses. The solution is deployed on Azure App Service with CI/CD Pipelines through Azure DevOps.
